Aspen is is a world-class destination with outdoor adventures from skiing to biking. The place has a flair for arts and culture, but still maintains enough small-town charm for year round residents to call it home. Aspen truly is a unique diamond nestled in the rough of the Rocky Mountains that has a knack for bringing big city features in a way that defies ordinary.

“I like the mountains because they make me feel small,’ Jeff says. ‘They help me sort out what’s important in life.”
― Mark Obmascik

“Cooking is a caring and nurturing act. It’s the ultimate gift for someone, to cook for them. It creates all this beautiful stuff, conversation, appreciation. All the most important things in life you do around a dinner table.”

The food is a big part of any travel experience. We like to dive into the local ingredients and buy organic using the best ingredients possible. As a Chef, the goal is to marry particular ingredients together and get the heck out of the way. We let those flavors shine by keeping it simple!

It is always fun to travel and visit some of the great local restaurants. At the same time, it is draining to have every meal out too. We look to balance that for you and to give you the best of both worlds.

Each morning, we'll have a delightful breakfast ready for you on your waking schedule. For lunch, you'll be on the go in Aspen. There are some great spots to take a break for a bite to eat. After a long day, it's nice to shut it down back at the house. Those nights, dinner will be prepared by your private chef. We like to keep it fun with family style preparations and great flavor combinations. Whether that is served at the outside table or the dining room table, those evenings are always special, full of Food, Family/Friends, Stories, and Laughter. The best part is that you and your party do not need to do anything other than just enjoy each others company.

We certainly can accommodate any dietary restrictions that anyone in your party requires - it's not a problem!

We adore the different restaurants the valley has to offer and know them well. One evening during your trip, you will be able to enjoy that experience too. We'll arrange all the details and drive you there and back. We will take care of all the coordination with the restaurant including settling the bill so you don't have to.

Experiences come in many forms. Most can be orchestrated and some spontaneously happen when surrounded by the right people.

We believe in both!

There are many ways to experience Aspen. Over the years, we have narrowed down the very best experiences and have established relationships with the locals who provide them. We are excited to share them with you.

During a long weekend trip to Aspen, we have found it's nice to add in one (1) experience during that time to break-up the schedule. Here are three great ways to see the valley from a different perspective.

Snow shoeing can be enjoyed by everyone. It can be a good workout or a nice leisurely paced walk. Either way, you'll enjoy the rugged uninterrupted landscape from a whole new perspective.

This is a guided tour so you don't need to worry about navigating and just be able to take in all of the serenity.

All your equipment and the details will be taken care of. We'll drive you to the mouth of the trail where you'll meet your guide. This is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon.

Total Time: 2.5 Hours

It's a great way to start your day off with a brisk workout on cross country skis. You'll be guided through some beautiful terrain.

The terrain is moderate with up and down hills that are more of a workout. If interested, we recommend you being a seasoned cross country skier.

This is a guided tour where you don't need to worry about anything but your strokes and taking in the pretty surroundings.

Total Time: 3 - 4 Hours

To take your skiing to another level and to more powder skiing, you may want to consider skiing the backside of Aspen mountain via Snowcat to take you up the mountain.

This is a fun experience with some great skiing.

In between runs, as you travel up the mountain, we'll warm you with coffee, hot chocolate, water, and snacks.

Total Time:  4 - 7 Hours

We have made a point not to provide you with every single detail for these experiences. For us, it's the details that make these incredible experiences special. We're excited to share these with you on your trip with us.

"What a treat! My massage set the tone for the weekend. I felt so relaxed.
The entire experience was beyond pleasurable! Thank you!"

One evening during your trip, a local Professional Masseuse will be brought in to provide a massage for the entire group.

S&P brings a complete Concierge Service to you along with your own Private Host / Chef on your trip. They handle everything so you don't have to. Travel like a billionaire lives.
